A leading luxury lifestyle services company is seeking a commercially minded and client-focused Corporate Account Manager to join its Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage key accounts while delivering exceptional service to premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s leadership team
- Ensure all contractual obligations and service standards are consistently met
- Lead client engagements, including meetings, presentations, and reporting
- Oversee accurate and timely submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor account performance, including engagement levels, usage trends, and renewals
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery
- Manage and resolve escalated client or member concerns professionally
- Ensure all requests are tracked and handled in line with internal processes
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Team Coordination & Operational Support
- Align internal teams on priorities and service expectations
- Provide guidance and regular feedback to those servicing the account
- Ensure CRM systems are consistently updated and accurate
- Work closely with operations, communications, and travel teams on new initiatives.
Training & Development
- Facilitate training sessions on service standards and offerings
- Support ongoing team development and refresher training
- Assist in creating training tools and sales support materials
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement
- Client Engagement & Commercial Growth
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the delivery of events, activations, and product launches
- Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities within the account
- Source and develop strategic partnerships and exclusive offerings.
Experience & Background
- 3–5 years’ experience in account management
- Exposure to the luxury sector or agency environment is advantageous
- Strong experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets and track account performance
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
