A leading luxury lifestyle services company is seeking a commercially minded and client-focused Corporate Account Manager to join its Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage key accounts while delivering exceptional service to premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Delivery

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s leadership team
  • Ensure all contractual obligations and service standards are consistently met
  • Lead client engagements, including meetings, presentations, and reporting
  • Oversee accurate and timely submission of weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitor account performance, including engagement levels, usage trends, and renewals
  • Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery
  • Manage and resolve escalated client or member concerns professionally
  • Ensure all requests are tracked and handled in line with internal processes
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Team Coordination & Operational Support
  • Align internal teams on priorities and service expectations
  • Provide guidance and regular feedback to those servicing the account
  • Ensure CRM systems are consistently updated and accurate
  • Work closely with operations, communications, and travel teams on new initiatives.

Training & Development

  • Facilitate training sessions on service standards and offerings
  • Support ongoing team development and refresher training
  • Assist in creating training tools and sales support materials
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement
  • Client Engagement & Commercial Growth
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of events, activations, and product launches
  • Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities within the account
  • Source and develop strategic partnerships and exclusive offerings.

Experience & Background

  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management
  • Exposure to the luxury sector or agency environment is advantageous
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and track account performance
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
