We are recruiting a SENIOR EVENT & TRAVEL COORDINATOR for our Incentive and Groups department in Cape Town.

TO DESIGN INCENTIVE:  Create tailor made itineraries and eventful trips within the southern African countries for corporate clients , be creative and curious to make it unique,  build the corresponding quotation and presentation.

TO PRODUCE: Book and negotiate with suppliers, coordinate with clients and invoice them, produce financial report after each group /event.

TO TRAVEL AND RUN YOUR INCENTIVE TRIP on site

Requirements:

–          Minimum of  5 to7  years experience in the Travel/ Event industry

–          Excellent sales ability required

–           Good knowledge of the destinations and hotel groups of Southern Africa

–          To be able to work under pressure (short deadlines)

–          Excellent computer literacy (excel/ word/outlook/internet)

–          Perfect use of written and spoken English. French as a bonus.
