Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, web, online platforms)
  • Grow and nurture an engaged digital donor community
  • Use data and analytics to improve donor targeting, retention, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with communications, partnerships, programmes, and finance teams
  • Manage digital fundraising budgets and maximise ROI
  • Ensure compliance with data handling and fundraising policies.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years’ experience in digital fundraising (non-profit sector preferred)
  • Is digitally savvy and confident across online platforms
  • Understands Google and Meta advertising policies and campaign optimisation
  • Is a creative storyteller with strong attention to detail
  • Is data-driven and comfortable working with analytics and reporting
  • Is proactive, organised, and deadline-driven.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in digital marketing, communications, or similar
  • Proven experience in digital fundraising campaign design and delivery
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Budgeting and reporting experience
  • Experience with CRM and fundraising platforms is an advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based in Sandton
  • Extended hours may be required
  • Travel locally, regionally, and internationally.
