Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, web, online platforms)
- Grow and nurture an engaged digital donor community
- Use data and analytics to improve donor targeting, retention, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with communications, partnerships, programmes, and finance teams
- Manage digital fundraising budgets and maximise ROI
- Ensure compliance with data handling and fundraising policies.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in digital fundraising (non-profit sector preferred)
- Is digitally savvy and confident across online platforms
- Understands Google and Meta advertising policies and campaign optimisation
- Is a creative storyteller with strong attention to detail
- Is data-driven and comfortable working with analytics and reporting
- Is proactive, organised, and deadline-driven.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in digital marketing, communications, or similar
- Proven experience in digital fundraising campaign design and delivery
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Budgeting and reporting experience
- Experience with CRM and fundraising platforms is an advantage.
Work Environment:
- Office-based in Sandton
- Extended hours may be required
- Travel locally, regionally, and internationally.
