Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for luxury travel and Africa? This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue across international markets within a dynamic, multi-channel travel business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth across bed nights and DMC sales
- Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets
- Represent the brand at major international trade shows and sales events
- Develop, present, and follow through on compelling sales proposals
- Build and manage strong relationships with key global clients and suppliers
- Lead, mentor, and support Market Sales Teams to enhance performance
- Identify new sales leads and penetrate target markets
- Ensure brand integrity, client satisfaction, and alignment with company values
- Manage expenses and contribute to profitability and sustainable growth
- Uphold health, safety, and workplace compliance standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience ESSENTIAL
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics
- Extensive experience in supplier relationship management
- Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team
- Willingness to travel internationally.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury inbound travel environment
- At least 2 years’ proven Sales Management experience
- Relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous.
