Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for luxury travel and Africa? This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue across international markets within a dynamic, multi-channel travel business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth across bed nights and DMC sales
  • Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets
  • Represent the brand at major international trade shows and sales events
  • Develop, present, and follow through on compelling sales proposals
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key global clients and suppliers
  • Lead, mentor, and support Market Sales Teams to enhance performance
  • Identify new sales leads and penetrate target markets
  • Ensure brand integrity, client satisfaction, and alignment with company values
  • Manage expenses and contribute to profitability and sustainable growth
  • Uphold health, safety, and workplace compliance standards.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience ESSENTIAL
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics
  • Extensive experience in supplier relationship management
  • Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global team
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury inbound travel environment
  • At least 2 years’ proven Sales Management experience
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous.
