Premier Destination Management Company has a role available for a Remote Marketing Manager to be responsible for the B2B marketing strategy and associated campaigns, designing, maintaining and enhancing online generating tools and executing marketing analytics. This is a remote role based in South Africa.
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Marketing or Advertising
- Three (3) or more years of experience in luxury travel marketing (African destination knowledge) in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Experience and proficiency with digital marketing
- Technical marketing including CRM and database experience; with a variety of relevant software applications and platforms including, but not limited to: Sales Force, HubSpot, WIX, Google Analytics
- Relevant product and travel industry knowledge
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar products
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
Duties include:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing programs/plans that attract customers
- Manage the department’s marketing budget
- Oversee the design of marketing materials for various platforms (website and social media accounts)
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms
- Collect industry data and use the insights to update marketing strategies
- Accurate, compelling, consistently written marketing materials and assets
- Overseeing content creation and directing assigned copywriters, graphic design and website consultants.
