Travel Smart Crew (TSC) is looking for a Product and Contracting Executive to assist with our growing requirements.

The position is office based, in Milnerton, Cape Town.

Level: Intermediate to Senior

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Processing and management of supplier rates & contracts
• Evaluation and management of tourism products
• Negotiation with suppliers on products and group commercials
• Management of supplier spend statistics and targets
• Support of group supplier strategy and giving input thereon
• Maintenance of all rate and contract related information on our internal database and ensuring that all information has been captured correctly
• Attending supplier workshops, meetings and educationals when required
• Maintaining good supplier relationships
• Working with reservations and product teams from all TSC Shareholder companies to resolve rate, product, contract-related challenges in daily operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Attention to detail, accuracy and logic is critical.
• Travel & Tourism Qualification and or experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
• Product knowledge of Southern Africa.
• Computer literacy
• Communication skills: to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, suppliers, shareholders and other stakeholders.
