• Our client is seeking a Groups Specialist to join their dynamic team, where you’ll design and manage bespoke itineraries for inbound groups exploring the wonders of Southern Africa.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction while coordinating all aspects of the travel planning and execution process.
• Strong product knowledge of Southern African destinations is a must for this role as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in group travel consulting.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using excel and relevant booking platforms such as Tourplan and Wetu.
• Must have excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
