Are you detail-driven and have a knack for keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive multitasker with working knowledge of Tourplan NX and a solid understanding of product contracting processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Rate Management: Load, update, and maintain rates across all markets in Tourplan.
• Connectivity Setup: Link supplier and room codes to enable seamless live connectivity.
• Consultant Support: Resolve rate-related queries and provide timely assistance to the consultants.
• Training Coordination: Organize and support product training sessions to ensure team readiness.
• Inbox Oversight: Manage the updates mailbox, action rate changes in Tourplan and communicate updates to the consultants.
