What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ inbound tour consulting experience
• Strong product knowledge of Southern & East Africa
• Skilled in Tourplan, WETU & MS Office
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to step in across departments and assist where needed.

Your role:

You’ll provide vital relief support across consulting desks — managing quotes, bookings, and proposals, assisting with educational trips, testing systems, and ensuring seamless service to agents and guests.
