We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Senior Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations at our boutique style  Aparthotel in Three Anchor Bay. The ideal candidate will manage all guest services, staff performance, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance coordination, and financial controls to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading and training a diverse team, driving high service standards, managing bookings and front-of-house procedures, implementing operational policies, and maintaining strong supplier and community relationships. The role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Experience in lodge or hotel management is essential.
