We are not looking for a marketer. We are looking for a builder.

Roots & Journeys is entering a decisive growth phase. Over the next two years, we are rebuilding our brand from the inside out. Website. Collateral. Social. Systems. Storytelling. Conversion. We need someone who drives momentum. This is not a coordination role. This is ownership.

You will work directly with the head of Marketing, Sales & Reservations and the CEO to reshape how the world sees us and how effectively we convert attention into revenue. We are not interested in managing you. We want you to lead. If you need direction every day, this is not your role. If you see gaps and instinctively move to close them, keep reading.

Minimum Qualifications & Profile:

• 5+ years of proven experience building and leading marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results
• Strong digital fluency across web, social, content, Canva, and analytics
• Comfortable owning projects end to end
• Industry background is less important than performance. We care about results, initiative, and execution. This role suits someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something significant.

Remuneration is performance aligned and dependent on experience and capability.
