The ideal candidate must be a tech-savvy Inbound Consultant, experienced in using Tourplan, with 5 – 8 years’ experience curating luxury travel itineraries, with emphasis on high attention to detail.  Strong destination knowledge of Southern & East Africa is required. Proven ability to convert leads, upsell effectively and nurture strong client relationships along with outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken.
