Requirements:

• Travel & Tourism qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in Tour Operating / DMC
• Strong Tourplan experience (product loading or reservations essential)
• Proven ability to read & interpret supplier contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of Southern Africa destinations & products
• Excellent English communication & grammar
• Strong organisational & time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Team player with a results-driven mindset.
