Fairfield Tours (Pty) Ltd, a leading Destination Management company, is seeking to appoint an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Data Capturer to join its Accounts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and consistent financial data capturing support, with a strong focus on precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture financial transactions and information on the Sage accounting system
- Perform reconciliations of captured data against relevant supporting documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Accounts Department as required
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly data-capturing targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
- Previous experience working on Sage Accounting is required
- A relevant finance or administrative qualification will be advantageous
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data capturing or accounts-related role is required
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential
- A sound understanding of basic accounting principles is required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data management, and basic reporting, are essential
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines is required
