Position available immediately.

  • Coordinating the smooth operation of all assigned tour programs including general administration duties relating to group operations
  • Communicating with suppliers, agents and clients
  • You will need to be able to work independently. Good time management is a must, in order to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2 + years’ experience in similar role within a tour operator / DMC
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially EXCEL
  • Strong communication skills (must maintain accurate records relating to clients, bookings, suppliers, payments)
  • Be able to work closely with a small team.

You will be expected to make reservations for required services & maintain communication with agents & suppliers regarding reservations status, payment terms and deadlines, along with operational administrative tasks.
