Location: Remote, South Africa

Are you passionate about creating exceptional African travel experiences? We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate or Senior Inbound Travel Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team, designing and selling tailor-made luxury itineraries across Southern Africa. Must have stable work history with contactable references.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full booking lifecycle from enquiry to travel completion
• Design and cost bespoke itineraries for international clients
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and travel partners
• Handle quoting, invoicing, confirmations and supplier coordination
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high conversion rates
• Work with FITs, groups and tour series
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the booking process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ inbound travel consulting experience
• Excellent knowledge of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe & Zambia (essential)
• Knowledge of East Africa, Mozambique & Malawi (advantageous)
• Experience with Travel Studio and WETU preferred
• Strong luxury travel sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Remote Position – Work from anywhere in South Africa. Reliable internet and backup power are essential.
