PCO and venue provider for corporate market
Junior Office Co-ordinator will provide administrative, coordination, and client support for corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
This role requires a highly organised, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, support event logistics, assist with marketing and communication, and deliver excellent customer service while working calmly under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the events and sales team
Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements
Prepare quotations, proposals, confirmations, contracts, and post-event documentation
Maintain accurate records, databases, supplier lists, and client files
Assist with invoicing, and general office coordination.
Event & Conference Coordination
Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate meetings, conferences, and related events
Liaise with hotels, venues, suppliers, and service providers
Coordinate logistics including venue bookings, accommodation, transport, catering, and audiovisual requirements
Ensure all event details are executed accurately and within deadlines
Support on-site event coordination when required
Client & Customer Service
Act as a professional point of contact for clients and suppliers
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Respond to client enquiries promptly and efficiently
Build and maintain positive relationships with hotels, venues, and corporate clients
Marketing & Social Media Support
Assist with creating and scheduling basic marketing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Support brand awareness through consistent and professional online communication
Assist with updating presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional material.
General Responsibilities
Work proactively by anticipating needs and addressing issues before they arise
Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and professionalism at all times
Manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure
Ensure deadlines are consistently met
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the corporate events and hotel industry

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Comfortable using email, calendars, and online systems
Familiar with creating and managing social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
General computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
Position is hybrid: in office and working remotely
