Leading Destination Management Company is looking for an experienced Groups Destination Specialist to successfully quote profitable tour products for existing as well as new clients. This role is based in Windhoek, Namibia.

Experience required:

• Matric
• Relevant tourism tertiary qualification
• Min of 4 years of Destination Management Experience is essential
• Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa destinations
• Tourplan experience
• Must reside in Namibia
• Have a valid work permit, or be Namibian citizen.

Duties include:

• Quote and design successful creative itineraries and proposals for all market related ADHOC groups, Tour Series and FIT requests
• Capture and confirm bookings in Tourplan
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Follow up on quotes that have been sent out
• Successfully run groups, tour series, and FIT booking
• Compile welcome pack documents
• Handling the 24hour emergency phone
• Work closely with tour guides whilst on tour.
