Kendrick Recruitment are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, brand growth, and revenue for a well-regarded African safari travel specialist.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance marketing, understands international audiences, and can translate strategy into measurable results.

The position is based in Cape Town, and is offered on a hybrid work basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets
  • Identify growth opportunities across key international markets
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Drive qualified leads through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
  • Manage performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Optimise campaigns for CPL, ROI, and lead quality
  • Improve website conversion rates and landing pages.

Content & Organic Growth

  • Lead SEO and content strategy
  • Grow organic traffic and inbound leads
  • Oversee blogs, guides, newsletters, and website content.

CRM & Customer Journey

  • Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurturing journeys
  • Partner with sales to improve conversion rates
  • Develop initiatives to increase repeat and referral business.

Brand & Market Presence

  • Strengthen brand voice and positioning globally
  • Drive awareness in key international markets
  • Explore PR, partnerships, and influencer opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track marketing performance and ROI
  • Analyse channel performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in travel or tourism (highly preferred)
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, content, and CRM marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise performance
  • Commercial thinking – you understand how marketing drives revenue.
