Our Client is seeking a detail-driven, service-oriented Groups Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team.
As a Groups Specialist, you will design and manage itineraries for inbound groups, covering mostly Southern Africa.

• Strong product knowledge of Southern African destinations is a must for this role.
• Create quotes using excel, liaise with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
• Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transport, activities and guides.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
