The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be meticulous, able to multi task, great at decision-making and have specialist product knowledge of Southern and East Africa. Minimum 3 years inbound experience in the luxury market required.  Proficiency in Tourplan is essential. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
