An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced Senior Inbound Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 years experience working in the luxury inbound market.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in crafting and managing high-end travel experiences in Southern and East Africa, paired with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clients and agents. Knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations and experiences in Southern and East Africa.  Proficiency in Tourplan is essential, alongside excellent written and verbal command of English.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle high workloads with accuracy, work both independently and collaboratively and demonstrate strong crisis management and problem-solving skills while consistently meeting deadlines with urgency.
