Dynamic and exceptional candidate sought for this exciting role of Team Manager for Groups and MICE.

• At least 8-10 years experience managing large, high-end groups in the luxury travel, events or MICE sector.
• Demonstrated success in delivering programmes for discerning, high-profile clients.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of inbound/outbound tourism market and group travel operations.
• An excellent destination and group product knowledge of Southern Africa and ideally hands-on experience in East Africa.
• Extensive experience coordinating with B2B (agents) and direct clients.
• Strong command of Excel, Wetu or similar itinerary-building platform.
