Job Description
- Coordinating the smooth operation of all assigned tour programs including general administration duties relating to group operations.
- Communicating with suppliers, agents and clients.
- You will be expected to make reservations for required services & maintain communication with agents & suppliers regarding reservations status , payment terms and deadlines.
Qualifications
Matric & relevant travel qualifications.
Skills
- 2 + years’ experience in similar role (must maintain accurate records relating to clients, bookings, suppliers, payments)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work closely with a small team.
Salary/Package
R8000-R15000
