Job Description
- Handle client booking from start to finish, maintaining regular contact client throughout duration of trip to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to both telephone and email enquiries.
- Prepare quotes.
- Ensure client payments are taken in a timely fashion.
- Minimise costing errors.
- Monitor and communicate client feedback.
Qualifications: Matric. Relevant travel qualification an advantage.
Skills:
- At least 5 years’ background of working in a travel-sales environment.
- 5 years experience with GDS – Amadeus.
- Understanding of working in a luxury travel environment dealing with VIP/high net worth individuals and their demands.
- Target driven and sales focused with proven successful sales track record.
- Well-earned and proven reputation for genuinely outstanding excellent customer service.
- Creative flair for designing above & beyond luxury travel experiences with the ability to execute concepts through to completion.
- Knowledge and travel awareness of the main luxury hotel groups.
- Knowledge and travel understanding of at least 3 of the following regions; Europe And Scandinavia/ Australasia/ Americas/ Middle East/ India And Indian Ocean/ Far East.
- Having travelled internationally will be an advantage. Capable of driving new business and sales.
